1. General terms
By registering in the Affiliate Program, the partner agrees to these terms. CrownXbet reserves the right to change commission rates, bonuses, promotions, and Affiliate Program terms by informing partners in advance.
CrownX Partners (partners.crownxbet.com) is our portal for professional affiliates. It is separate from the in-site player referral program (logged-in players inviting friends — see Other Bonus Rules and Promotions).
2. Traffic sources and jurisdictions
The Affiliate independently chooses traffic sources, advertising methods, and marketing activities.
- The Affiliate is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the applicable jurisdiction.
- CrownXbet assumes no responsibility for traffic sources, advertising methods, or activities carried out by the Affiliate on third-party platforms.
- Do not target minors, restricted jurisdictions, or users on self-exclusion lists.
3. Commission calculation
- Affiliate commission is calculated from the total GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) generated by referred players during the previous calendar month.
- The commission percentage is determined individually between CrownXbet and the Affiliate.
- Negative GGR is not carried over to the next month.
- The Affiliate is not entitled to receive commission from their own player accounts.
- All commission calculations are based on CrownXbet system data.
- Sub-partners: you may recruit sub-affiliates and set their commission rate (up to your agreed maximum). You are responsible for paying your sub-affiliates; CrownXbet does not pay sub-affiliates directly.
4. Commission payments
- Commission is calculated for the previous calendar month.
- Commission calculations are completed on the 1st day of each month.
- Commission payments are made within 5 business days after calculation.
- The minimum commission payout is EUR 100. If accumulated commission does not reach the minimum, it is carried over to the following month.
- Payments may be made via cryptocurrency, cash, or bank transfer, as agreed with CrownXbet.
- CrownXbet may delay payments when additional verification is required.
- Payments may be delayed or refused if Affiliate Program terms are violated.
5. Cash Players program
Cash Players are players who make deposits and withdrawals in cash under this program.
- Minimum deposit: EUR 200.
- Cash Players receive an additional 10% bonus on all deposits until the first withdrawal.
- CrownXbet reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
6. Sub-Affiliate program
- The Affiliate has the right to recruit Sub-Affiliates.
- The Sub-Affiliate commission percentage is determined by the Affiliate.
- All agreements between the Affiliate and their Sub-Affiliates are determined mutually.
- The Affiliate is fully responsible for calculating and paying commissions to their Sub-Affiliates.
- CrownXbet does not make commission payments to Sub-Affiliates and is not responsible for settlements between the Affiliate and their Sub-Affiliates.
7. Confidentiality
The Affiliate agrees not to disclose information regarding individual cooperation terms without CrownXbet's consent.
8. Termination of cooperation
- Both CrownXbet and the Affiliate have the right to terminate cooperation at any time.
- Upon termination, a final commission calculation will be made for the period up to the termination date.
9. Final provisions
- All commission calculations and statistical data are based on CrownXbet system data.
- Any matters not covered by these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiations.
- Fraudulent traffic, bonus abuse, or terms violations may result in withheld or reversed commissions.
