SPORTS BETTING RULES Bet Confirmation Bets will not be valid if your account does not have sufficient balance. Bet Settlement (All Sports) Statistics provided by the official score provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used for settling bets. In cases where statistics from the official score provider or official website are unavailable, or there is substantial evidence that the official score provider or website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement. If suitable independent evidence is not available or there is significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled according to our statistics. For pre-determined markets, in cases of early termination, cancellation, suspension, etc., all bets accepted in these markets will remain valid. For example, if a football match is halted at a 2-1 score, bets on over/under 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 will be valid, while others will be void/refunded. Outcome and Winnings All bets are subject to these Betting Rules. CrownXBet reserves the right to close accounts of players who gain profit using arbitrage betting, miracle bets, surebets, one-way bets, chain bets (same match – same team – consecutive market types), or abuse bonuses, and to withhold payouts from winnings obtained through such methods while refunding the deposit amount, in accordance with decisions made by Risk and related departments. CrownXBet reserves the right to suspend any market and/or cancel any bet at any time. When a market is suspended, all bets placed will be rejected. Additionally, CrownXBet reserves the right to stop accepting bets on any market without prior notice. The calculation of Potential Winnings or Refund displayed on the website is for information purposes only; all bets will be calculated using the accepted stake odds. In combined bets that contain invalid selections, the Potential Winnings or Refund amount will only decrease according to the removal of that selection. If a customer includes an invalid or canceled selection in a combined bet, the bet will be settled only based on the remaining selections. Winnings from settled bets will be added to your betting account balance. Any funds/winnings mistakenly deposited into an account cannot be used, and CrownXBet reserves the right to void and/or withdraw and/or cancel such funds at any time. In cases where (1) the accuracy of the event is questioned, (2) odds are manipulated, or (3) there is evidence of match-fixing, CrownXBet reserves the right to withhold payment and void bets related to the event. These situations can be proven based on the amount or method of betting placed by any channel with CrownXBet. Decisions provided by the organizer of the relevant sport (if any) are final. If a series of bets is placed by individuals or an organization to manipulate Betting Rules, CrownXBet reserves the right to withhold/discontinue payments until it is certain that the rules have not been violated. If bets are accepted after the event/match has started for any reason (excluding explicitly stated In-Play/Live bets), bets will be valid provided the outcome is unknown and no participant/team had a material advantage at the time of betting. In-Play/Live Bets – CrownXBet reserves the right to void a bet, payout, or refund in case there is valid reason to suspect that the event/market outcome was known, or the selected participant/team gained a significant advantage (e.g., points, expulsion, etc.) after betting. If CrownXBet is unable to properly confirm the result of a market for any reason (e.g., data loss), all bets will be canceled unless the result of the bet was pre-determined. All-in bets, whether valid or not, generally will not be refunded for invalid participants, non-participants, or eliminations. Dead Heat Rules If two or more predictions win together, Dead Heat rules may be used to calculate the bet. Specifically, if you have the same results, half of your bet (50%) is considered won, and the other half (50%) is considered lost. If four options have the same results, one part (25%) is considered won, and three parts (75%) lost. The same results may apply not only for first place but also for second, third, etc., in any market where bets are placed for each option. This is common in events such as golf tournaments, which affect the ranking position of the bet (top ten, top twenty, etc.). In such cases, calculation is made by dividing the remaining positions by the number of participants in the competition. If a clear error occurs in the odds/conditions of live markets, all bets will be void. If a clear error occurs in a bet placed before the event starts, all bets will be void. We will make every effort to inform customers about clear errors in markets, odds, handicaps, or conditions before the event starts, but this may not always be possible. Bets will remain valid unless the error fundamentally changes the market structure (e.g., Bristol City instead of Bristol Rovers). CrownXBet reserves the right to void all bets related to the event if the market structure is materially affected. Cash Out Feature What is Cash Out? Cash Out gives you more control over your bets and allows you to receive a refund before the event ends, even if your bet loses. You can perform a full or partial Cash Out at any time and secure potential winnings. If you choose Cash Out, the offered amount will be paid, and the result of your bet will not affect the refunded amount. The offered amount depends on the outcome of your prediction(s) and may be higher or lower than your original bet. This allows you to lock in winnings or minimize potential losses. When is Cash Out Available? Cash Out is available for certain events, matches, and markets in various sports, including football, tennis, and basketball, for both pre-match and live, single, and combined bets. You may see a special ($) logo in markets when placing a bet. If the ($) logo is not displayed, Cash Out is not available for that sport or market. To perform a Cash Out, simply click the ($) or Cash Out button in your open bets or bet history. Individual Sports Rules American Football Includes NFL, NCAA College Football, WLAF, UFL, CFL, and Arena Football. If the venue of the match is changed, all pre-placed bets will remain valid provided the home team retains its home status. If the home and away teams swap places, bets placed based on the original data will be void. For 2-selection markets, Push rules apply unless stated otherwise. Single bets will be refunded, and combined/parlay bets will consider the event canceled. Pre-match bets (including 2nd half/4th quarter lines) include overtime unless stated otherwise. Tie or Push rules apply to all spread and total bets. 1st Half / Full-Time or Double Result The first half and full-time results must be predicted. The game must be completed for bets to be valid. Overtime is excluded when calculating these markets. For pre-match special bets, the game must be completed for bets to be valid unless otherwise specified. Team Totals, Even or Odd Zero points scored by a team will be considered Even for calculation purposes. First Offensive Play Bets Market results are determined by the first offensive play from the line of scrimmage (excluding penalties). CFL regular season bets depend on completion of all regular season games. AFC/NFC Conference winners are determined by the teams reaching the Super Bowl. Season Bets Except for Premiership winner, AFL season markets are only for the regular season and based on official AFL standings. Odd – Even This is a bet on whether the race winner will come from the cages numbered even (2, 4, 6) or odd (1, 3, 5). Handball Result Bets Result bets are valid regardless of whether the match takes place. Match Bets Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled based on the result at the end of normal time, excluding overtime if played. All match bets, unless otherwise stated, are based on the result at the end of the designated 60 minutes. If the full 60 minutes are not played, all bets are void except those with pre-determined results. If the venue changes, pre-placed bets remain valid as long as the home team retains its status. If home and away teams swap in the declared match, bets based on the initial data are void. For bets to be valid, the game must be completed unless specified otherwise. For 2-way markets, Push rules apply unless otherwise stated. HORSE RACING UK & Ireland Horse Racing Horse racing data is provided by the British Horseracing Board Limited. If the Official SP (Starting Price) is not returned, all bets are calculated using the last displayed odds. If no display odds are available, Tote odds will be used. If the surface changes on race day (e.g., Turf to All-Weather or vice versa), bets remain valid. AntePost / Future Horse Racing Unless otherwise stated, if the selected horse does not run and no deductions are made from winning ante-post bets (Rule 4), the ante-post bet loses. Ante-post bets are accepted regardless of participation. In double, triple, and multiple ante-post bets on the same horse winning two or more races, special discounted odds are applied. On days of Classics or other trials, AntePost bets may be cancelled and new odds offered. Jockey Club Rule 121 allows officials to reduce the number of horses in a race for safety. Ante-post bets on horses withdrawn this way are void and refunded. In such cases, bettors retain the right to deductions from winning bets according to Rule 4 (Deductions). Rule 4 also applies to Race Day Bets. Ante-post bets are calculated based on the odds and conditions valid at the time of acceptance. If odds or conditions are incorrect, the correct odds and conditions at the time of the bet apply. Postponed Races If a race is postponed to another day, bets remain valid if final announcements are still effective. Single bets on postponed races are void, and any selection in combination bets is void if: The race is abandoned. The race is officially voided. Race conditions changed after betting (as defined by Tattersalls rules). Race venue changed. Each-Way Bets Each-Way bets are split into "Win" and "Place" portions. Non-named favorites in Forecast bets are not accepted. Early / Board Odds If a horse withdraws, display/board odds after withdrawal are not offered unless market is re-created. Infrastructure / Reserves Bets on races with reserves follow the "No Reserve Horse" rule unless the reserve runs. AntePost Withdrawal / Future Horse Racing If a horse is withdrawn before start or declared non-run by the starter, bets on that horse are refunded and winning bets are calculated with Rule 4 deductions. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect the bets. If the conditions of a specific event differ from those officially stated by the organizer, bets will be void unless calculation has been predetermined. For example, modified official distances (note: if the official specified distance changes, cross-country and biathlon bets are void; if the distance of the current stage changes, bets remain valid), fewer laps, or event rankings (results are valid only if the round is fully completed for ski jumping events, including whether the event/round is subject to restart, but excluding Winning Margin – see rule below). Specifically for In-Play/Live Ski Jumping bets, if an event is abandoned during the 2nd round, the results of the 1st round will be considered the official event results. In this case, all bets placed after the 1st round ends will be void. Specifically, for Cross-Country Skiing races, Tour de Ski, and Canada Ski Tour results markets, calculation will depend on the official classifications published by the organizer, regardless of whether all planned events take place. If a specific event (definition: after the final list of participants is known) is stopped or postponed, bets remain valid until the end of the event. For bets to be valid, competitors must cross the start line/gate; otherwise, bets are void and refunded. If a competitor withdraws or is disqualified before the start of an event, Rule 4 (Interruption) may apply to the bets. Bets on competitors who qualify for a specific event but later do not advance to the main tour(s) will be considered lost. The result in the podium order determines the calculation of bets. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect bets. Specifically for Nordic Alpine Combined bets – if the results of the preliminary round are used to start the cross-country race, all event bets will be void. Round/Jump 1 Markets In-Play/Live – if the event is abandoned before the end of the first round, bets will be void unless a calculation has been predetermined. If the event is restarted during Round/Jump 1, all bets placed on In-Play/Live markets before the restart will be void unless a calculation has been predetermined. Group Bets If one or more participants cannot participate in the event, bets will be void. Dead-heat rules apply. Elimination Markets For markets related to elimination stages/rounds (including match bets), the organizer’s results are used. Elimination rankings depend, where applicable, on time/distance and/or points (FIS). If two competitors have the same time, the winner is the competitor with the lower FIS points. If FIS points are not applied, competitors with the same time/distance will be treated as a push. Match Bets For bets to be valid, both competitors must cross the start line/gate. If an event consists of only one round, the official result of that round will be used for bet calculation. If a player is disqualified or withdraws after the round has started, the other player is considered the winner. Round 1 Match Bets (Run 1 or Jump 1): Both competitors must cross the start line for bets to be valid. If the event is abandoned before the end of Round 1, bets are void. All In-Play/Live Match Bets – Ski Jumping: If the event is abandoned during the second round, the first round results will be considered the official results. Bets placed after the first round ends are void. For multi-round events, if both competitors cannot advance to the next round, calculation is based on the official ranking of Round/Run 1. If both competitors fail to finish or are disqualified and cannot register the official result of Round/Run 1, bets are void. If both competitors advance to Round 2 but neither completes the event, bets are void. For Cross-Country Skiing sprint matches, official rankings will be used. If a player is disqualified or withdraws before the completion of the first round or after both players advance to the next round, the other player is considered the winner provided they complete the round. If a player is disqualified in the next round and the other cannot advance, the disqualified player is considered the winner. If the conditions of a specific event differ from those officially stated by the organizer, bets are void. For example, shorter distances/fewer laps or jump/event ranking (results are valid for match bets if the round is completed, excluding ski jumping events where restart rules apply). Biathlon Time Matches Calculation is based only on course time (excluding total time with shooting penalties). Cross-Country Skiing Leg Matches Calculation is based on the specified fastest leg time. Other Sports Air Hockey Matches are played best of 5 or best of 7. In each set, the first to 7 points wins (no Two-Point rule). If the match starts but does not finish, markets are void unless a specific market result has been predetermined. Archery Result Bets – valid regardless of participation. Bet calculation is determined during the podium. Subsequent disqualifications/appeals do not affect bets. Match Bets – if the match starts but does not finish, markets are void unless a specific market result has been predetermined. Additional Arrows are valid for bet calculation. Modern Pentathlon For bets to be valid, competitors must cross the start line; otherwise, bets are void and refunded. Calculation is determined at the podium. Subsequent disqualifications/appeals do not affect bets. Pelota For markets already established, early abandonment, cancellation, stoppage, etc., all bets accepted in these markets are valid. Match Winner – in case of a tie, all bets are void and refunded. If a wrestler is replaced, all bets are void and refunded. WWE Wrestling Matches are calculated based on the final decision given during the broadcast. Any post-broadcast changes will not be considered for calculation. Events organized with five or more participants (e.g., Royal Rumble) or with unspecified teams are accepted regardless of participation. Bets on non-participants lose, and any unspecified participants are included in the bet calculation.
