Our current player offers are described on the page. This document summarizes how they work and the general rules that apply. Sports-specific free bets or odds boosts, when offered, may have additional terms shown on the bet slip or promotion card.

1. First deposit — 10% extra balance

New players receive 10% extra balance on their first qualifying deposit. The extra amount is credited to your main balance (not a separate locked bonus wallet), so you can use it on slots, live casino, crash games, sports, and other products subject to standard account rules.

  • One offer per new account on the first qualifying deposit only.
  • You must be 18+ and meet eligibility for your jurisdiction.
  • Abuse (multi-accounting, shared payment methods, or fraudulent deposits) may void the offer and restrict the account.

2. Monthly cashback — 10% on net losses

Each calendar month we track your eligible net losses across the account. At month end we credit 10% of those losses as real balance cashback (not a wagering-locked bonus).

  • Cashback is calculated automatically; use the Cashback widget on the site to see your next estimated amount and payout date.
  • When credited, you receive a notification and the amount appears in your main balance.
  • You may withdraw or continue playing according to standard withdrawal and verification rules.
  • Rate and eligible products may be adjusted; the widget and Promotions page show the current rate.

3. Player referral (affiliation) — 10% on referred players' GGR

Every player gets a personal referral link and code. When someone registers through your link, you earn 10% commission on their monthly gaming GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) for the previous calendar month. Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month and credited to your main balance. Negative GGR for a referred player in a month does not carry over.

  • Referred users must be new accounts using your valid referral URL or code at registration.
  • You cannot earn commission on your own player account.
  • There is no cap on the number of friends you can invite.
  • Use the Affiliate widget and dashboard to copy your link, view estimates, and see commission history.

General conditions (all offers)

  • CrownXBet may modify, pause, or cancel any promotion with notice where required by law.
  • Only one person per household, device, IP, or shared payment details may claim the same welcome or referral benefit.
  • Promotions cannot be combined where the offer explicitly forbids it; while some legacy sports bonuses are active, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering is complete — our main balance promotions above do not use separate bonus wallets.
  • We may request KYC or payment verification before crediting or withdrawing promotional amounts.
  • Arbitrage, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation voids rewards and may lead to account closure.
